Jus Drums Celebrates 22 Years of Inspiring Rhythms and Musical Excellence in Chennai
Since inception in 2003, Jus Drums has emerged as a beacon of musical talent and education, having imparted the art of drumming to over 2,500 students over the past 22 years. Under the visionary leadership of Drums Murali, the institute offers a structured learning journey that begins with an engaging “Basics of Drumming” course, gradually advancing to intricate techniques and even preparing students for the prestigious London based Trinity College of Music, Drum Kit Examinations. Many of Murali’s protégés have gone on to perform with eminent film groups and celebrated bands, adding a dynamic dimension to Chennai’s rich musical tapestry.

The Jus Drums ensemble has captivated audiences at a variety of high-profile events, including:
Airtel Super Singer Grand Finale, Bigg Boss Tamil Grand Finale (Season 6), Wipro Chennai Marathon, Terry Fox Run, Dawn to Dusk Marathon, Autism Awareness Campaign and Mylapore Fest. They’ve also performed for corporates and NGOs and were part of a massive 1000-drummer Guinness World Record attempt.

Jus drums holds annual concerts at the end of each summer camp as part of the convocation to exhibit the talents of its students. They perform popular entertaining film songs apart from compositions of famous music directors. They make music from just
